Justin Cohanghadosh, Esq.

Justin Cohanghadosh, Esq. is the founder of Cohanghadosh Law, where he represents clients in employment, real estate, and business litigation. A significant portion of Justin’s practice is devoted to wrongful termination matters, where he fights for individuals facing injustice in the workplace. Whether representing an employee against a corporation or a developer in a contract dispute, Justin brings a strategic, results-oriented approach to every case. 

Justin’s litigation experience is extensive. He has successfully represented individuals entering the market for the first time, as well as major industry players. This track record of excellence has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine, which named him a "Rising Star" in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026. 

Before establishing his own firm, Justin was the managing attorney at Cornelius & Cohanghadosh, APC. He also gained valuable experience as an associate to the general counsel at RealtyMogul.com and as a law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Justin is a 2017 graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law (top 15% of his class) and a 2014 graduate of UCLA.
