During his time as an attorney, Justin Cohanghadosh has successfully represented his clients in various lawsuits and transactions, some of which are listed below:

Represented the buyer of a residential property that was listed at $250,000,000 in Bel Air, California, making it the most expensive residential property to be listed in the United States at the time.

Represented a client in a lawsuit against his family members for breach of fiduciary duty and fraud related to the theft of the client's inheritance.

Secured a $750,000+ award for an owner-developer client through a motion for summary adjudication against a contractor who became unlicensed during the course of a construction project.

Through strategic planning, secured and enforced a judgment for all past due rent, attorneys' fees, collection costs, and eviction against a high-net-worth tenant that was refusing to pay rent during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The judgment has since been fully recovered.

Defended a client that had exposure of over $500,000 in liability and secured a settlement of the entire action for $50,000 after placing pressure through tactical litigation strategies.
